Wish it was cold over here.

It's almost summer and by this time of the year, with the sun shining outsite, the only thing left for me is feeling a little jealous over the people on streetstyle websites that are layering and enjoying cold days at the moment. I wish it was fall/winter all year. Unfortunately dreams not always come true and world climate change suggests that there'll be plenty of sun in the future .

Debo aceptarlo: ya es verano. A estas alturas del año y con un sol súper fuerte afuera, lo único que me queda es ver fotos de las personas que pueden vestir bonito y en capas debido a las bajas temperaturas y sentir un poco de envidia por el rico invierno y tardes nubladas al otro lado del continente. Me gustaría que fuera otoño siempre, lamentablemente el cambio climático me da la contra y esa ilusión será siempre eso, un sueño.

Vogue US December: Steal of the month.

I like this picture a lot. It's not that there's something special in the composition or the lightning, in contrast to another pictures taken by him. I think the beauty of the image is on the opposition between cold colors, pale skin, natural make-up and vibrant hair colors. It also has the power to intrigue the observer... why would such crazy hair coloured girls look anything but happy?

Esta foto me gusta mucho. No es que haya algo especial en la composición ni en la iluminación, a diferencia de otras fotos tomadas por él. En este caso me parece que el atractivo de la imagen está en el contraste de colores grises, pieles pálidas, naturalidad en el maquillaje con los colores vibrantes impregnados en sus cabelleras. También tiene el poder de generar intriga en el observador... ¿por qué dos mujeres con cabellos de colores locos, hasta osados, llevan miradas que proyectan cualquier cosa menos alegría?, me pregunto.

Christine's the fashion editor and stylist for Harper's Baazar Australia and pictures of her looking fantastic have been popping up lately. Here she's wearing a Chloé sheer shirt paired with Bassike trousers and a Prada necklace.

Christine es la editora de modas y estilista de la revista Harper's Baazar Australia y últimamente, han aparecido fotos de ella luciendo fantástica. Como ésta, en la que lleva puesta una blusa medio transparente de Chloé que eligió combinar con pantalones de Bassike y un collar Prada.
